LA Phil 2019/20 Season Tagline

Objective

For the 2019/20 season, the LA Phil's 101st, the marketing team was facing a monumental task: How do you follow up a truly historical season that won rave reviews around the world? The answer: You push forward. The tagline that I wrote—What's Next—is meant to be both a question that suggests the abundance of the previous season and a declarative statement that nods to the orchestra's progressive reputation. As with the 2018/19 season, I was involved with all aspects of the branding and strategy of this campaign, working closely alongside the art director and creative director.
